INSTRUCTION

After you have accepted the concent form, then follow the following steps:

  1. Enter demographic data
  2. Write down the generated email address, obtain from the demographic data
  3. Use the UserName and the generated email address to register to the StoryPathways
  4. Execute the Survey
    • Week 01
    • Week 02
    • Week 03
  5. When done, just close your browser
